Installation:
When you order the myRENZbox Homebox, you will be contacted by a Renz fitter to arrange installation.
This will happen no later than 5 working days after ordering. Renz will bring your new Homebox to you and together we will find the best location to comply with postal regulations.
Placement:
The parcel post box can also handle your regular mail, newspapers and adverts.

Wall:
We mount your new myRENZbox Homebox on an existing fixed* wall using the original wall bracket supplied.
The box must be mounted to the boundary and must have access to sunlight so that the solar cell can charge the battery.
*Brick, concrete or wood
On a base:
We mount your new myRENZbox Homebox on the original base and spike, which is rotated in a soft* surface. The base and Homebox are mounted on top of the spike.
The box must be mounted to the boundary and must have access to sunlight so that the solar cell can charge the battery.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is no cabling or pipework where your Homebox is to be installed.
*Spears must not be installed in asphalt, cement, concrete or similar materials.
